Q: Which items require additional freight charges?
A: Due to size, weight and packaging, the following medical products and supplies require additional freight charge of $30.00 per item: Acrorail, Extra Wide Toilet Seat, M-Rail, Transfer Tub Bench, and Upeasy Power Seat.

Q: When can I expect my order to be delivered?
A: Most orders are processed within 24hrs and delivered within 5-10 business days via UPS Ground Shipping. Backorders are typically filled within one (1) month and you will be contacted in writing to be advised of the expected delivery date.
Please notify us in writing via email if you require a faster delivery method. Once an order is placed, we will not be able to cancel it due to the speed in which it is processed. Where possible, you will be advised of additional UPS delivery costs via email and your return email confirmation to proceed will be required.
You will receive an email Money Request from us, to enable you to pay additional delivery costs. Payments are submitted via Paypal, allowing you to use either your credit card or your Paypal account.

Q: Do you deliver to PO Box address?
A: Please do not use a PO Box address for your shipping address. Our shipments are sent by UPS and they do not deliver to PO Box addresses.

A: At this time we do not deliver outside of British Columbia, Canada.

Q: Lost or damaged goods – What to do?
A: For your protection, when receiving merchandise from any source, you should carefully examine your order. Inspect boxes for damages and check your shipment against the packing slip or bill of lading, to verify receipt of all boxes and content. Have the driver note damage or shortages on your delivery receipt and keep all cartons and packing material.
Damage or shortages must be reported within two (2) month of delivery to expedite your claim. Please notify us in writing via email and we shall contact UPS to initiate an investigation.

Q: Returns / exchanges and cancellations?
A: Once an order is placed, we will not be able to cancel it, due to the speed in which it is processed. If you no longer want a product after the order has been placed, please contact us in writing for a Return Merchandise Authorization Form, after you have received the product.
Unauthorized returns or refused shipments will not be accepted or credited.

Q: Refused shipment / undelivered package?
A: If you refuse a package upon arrival or if the package is undeliverable due to customer error, we must bill you for the shipping cost and shipper fee caused by your decision.

Q: Is there an address correction service fee?
A: Yes. Please note that there will be a $12.50 service fee for address corrections after your order has been placed. Please enter the correct delivery address at time of ordering to avoid service charges from the Distributor and Carrier.

A: Yes, when you purchase Home Care products from this website, products are covered for loss, theft or damage. Should you need to make a claim, please contact us in the first instance and we shall contact UPS to initiate an investigation.
