TenderHelpers HomeCare Ltd. was established to provide care for the elderly/not so elderly, disabled, Deaf and/or Deafblind individuals in our community.  Our goal is to enhance the quality of life, to provide Assisted Living Support or Added Care and to promote happiness and general wellness with compassion and dedication.

A carefully selected team of Caregivers has allowed us to fulfill our mission, which is to be of service to others, while adhering to the appropriate code of ethical conduct.

The importance of treating others who are unable to fully care for themselves, with respect and dignity, honesty, confidentiality and empathy is paramount to us. 

We value our Caregivers and their devotion to provide care and are proud to be able to contribute our services, working alongside other Health Care Professionals and Paraprofessionals adding value to the lives of individuals at home or in residence.

We believe that life has value, meaning and purpose and that everyone is entitled to be treated with dignity and respect. Individuals that require Added Care due to illness, injury or aging require an acceptable level of care. 

This is our fundamental belief and we strive to hire Caregivers that are not only trained, but sensitive to and adept at responding to the unique and individual needs of persons in their care.

To help individuals that cannot easily manage Activities of Daily Living, we offer non-medial services, companionship and personal care, recognizing the importance of collaborative effort among Caregivers, family members, Health Care Professionals and other Disciplines, to enhance the quality of life and overall comfort of Care Recipients.

Our Caregivers are knowledgeable and have verifiable Hospital, Hospice or Community Health Care experience.

We understand and appreciate the important role family members play in the care of their loved ones.  The Personalized Care Solutions provided will serve to compliment the Care Recipient Physician's recommendations, or serve as the primary care plan.

We will employ a team approach to ensure Care Recipients are treated with dignity, respect and kindness.
